Freethought Internet is all about being friendly and easy to use. We don't want to be just another impersonal provider of hosting services, instead we'd like to be a company that you feel you can trust to handle all your internet and technology problems, so we've made two resolutions on how to conduct our business:

  1. Freethought Internet, the anti-sneaky company.
The dictionary defines sneaky as being a "Lack of straightforwardness and honesty in action". Well, we don't want that, so we've made a resolution to have a complete ban on sneakiness within the company. We're not going to hide little clauses in the small print, and we're not going to attach hidden costs or conditions to your purchases. All of our products will be clearly and honestly explained so that the process of buying a product or service from us is both straightford and enjoyable. We've put all of our terms and conditions in one place, so you wont find any more small print anywhere else. None. Nada.

  2. Freethought Internet, a lovely shade of green.
We live in a rather fragile world with a delicate environment, and we don't want to cause it any harm. We do everything we can not to do anything that is going to be bad for the environment. We're aware of the environmental impact of the rapidly growing market in which we operate, and as such, we only purchase and use modern, power-efficient computer hardware. That's also why you won't ever get anything in the post from us (unless it is very important and you're not responding to email). What's more, we sponsor and support environmental organisations and efforts all around the United Kingdom.
We try to make sure we always keep to these resolutions, but if you think that we're failing in any way then please contact us, and we'll do all we can to stick to our resolutions.
